The dry glass beads are heated in such units to 250°C. Inserting of clean instruments into the glass bead bed completes the sterilization process, destroying all microorganisms, including spores in less than 10 seconds. Only glass beads ball can be allowed to put into the inner pot of the sterilizer box, any liquid not allowed to put into the machine.

Instructions:
Step 1: Put the quartz sand into the liner; the number of quartz sand cannot be too much (No more than 80% of the capacity of the liner).
Step 2: Turn on the power switch, when heating indicator light on, disinfection began to heat.
Step 3: After 10 to 12 minutes of heating, tools to be sterilized (eg scissors, razor, etc.) are inserted vertically into the quartz sands.
Step 4: heated tools for 20 to 30 seconds or so, wear gloves to remove the tool to use.
