Shipping Information
1. We only ship items to the specific and confirmed address provided by customer in orders.
2. We supply shipping by air: DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/EMS as per customers’ option. For the orders in large weight, not urgent, we recommend the customes to shipping by sea.
We offer Door to Door by sea, delivery by UPS/FedEx. The shipping cost is very economic incuding import duties, which save cost for customers. Besides shipping by sea, we also provide shipping by EU train, EU truck for European customers. The delivery time is 20-40 days, shipping prices are very competitive.
3. After delivery, we will provide you with the tracking number. Then you can check your order status through website.
4. Customs clearance can increase the delivery time if your package is held up by customs officials, we do not take the responsibility for clear custom in destination country. But we do offer big hand as we can to help you to make customs clearance smoothly.
5. Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
6. For liquid items (e.g. glues), nail powder, items built-in battery, shipping cost is higher than general goods, shipping method is limited.
7. Shipping time changes with different shipping methods:
EMS is high cost effective. Packages will arrive to destination within 7-15 working days. It can reach almost all main countries and cities. Services will be slower during busy season, reaching up to 10-30 working days.
DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT are very fast (5-7days) and the service is very good. HKDHL is the best option, cheapest and faster among them. They are suitable for the heavy products. If the products’ weight is above 30kg, the cost will be lower than EMS. If the products’ weight is below 30kg, the cost is expensive. The delivery status can also be checked online according to the tracking number. DHL can’t deliver liquid, powder and battery products. Sometimes the freight will be charged according to dimensional weight which is a calculation of a theoretical weight of a package. If you ship some low density packages, please be careful, it may be charged according to the dimensional weight. Calculation method: (L cm x W cm x H cm)/5000.
Special Lines We offer America/European countries/ Australia/South America/Middle East special lines. It is cheaper and faster than EMS Items will reach destinations in 4-9 working days. Tracking information is available. Insurance service is acceptable.
Epacket (under 2kg) is the cheaper and faster, 7-20 days, almost the same with EMS. Destinations are not as many as China registered Air Mail Post. Tracking shown after the package mailed out 3-5 days.
Registered Air Mail of China Post (under 2kg) is cheaper but slower. Items will reach destination in 15-50 days. It can reach almost all main countries and cities. Tracking shown after the package mailed out 3-5 days.
